We collect personal information provided during the voter registration process, including your name, address, date of birth, driver's license number, and signature, as required by Florida state voter registration forms.
Your information is used solely to assist with your voter registration. Approximately 21 days after registration, we may send you one SMS message and one email to confirm whether you received your voter registration card.
By checking the consent box during the voter registration process, you agree to receive one (1) SMS message from Scanly Vote approximately 21 days after your registration to confirm whether you received your voter registration card. Scanly Vote does not share, sell, or disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data to third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
